Hallie has had a lifelong love of baking and cooking that began as a little girl as she baked alongside her grandmother. She has Bachelor of Science degrees in Home Economics Education and Early Childhood Development from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and comes from a family of Home Economics educators. Hallie also has a Master of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University. She recently retired from the North Carolina school system after working for 25 years with alternative school students.
Throughout her years as a wife, mother, grandmother, and full-time employee, Hallie has realized the importance of convenience and simplicity and desires to provide her customers with these assets through freshly baked cookies and muffins. Or for additional convenience-cookie dough that is shaped, frozen and ready to pop into the oven.
